• Porcelain tile chamfering: The flap disc is ideal for breaking sharp edges, creating technical chamfers and achieving an aesthetic edge finish before grouting. It does not damage the decorative glaze.
• Natural stone processing: Excellent for granite, marble, quartzite and engineered stone. Suitable for precise profile correction, surface preparation before polishing and removing saw marks.

The flap disc is available in a complete system of three grit sizes, allowing the entire machining process to be carried out from rough shaping to finishing:

• #120 – Green (universal grinding and beveling): The most versatile grit for 45° beveling, cleaning cut lines and everyday finishing work. Produces a perfectly straight and clean edge.
• #200 – Blue (satin finish): Designed for final smoothing, finishing visible edges and preparing surfaces for epoxy grout. Leaves a silky-smooth surface similar to the factory finish.
