Here you will find answers to all your questions regarding the delivery of your order.

How will your package be delivered?

Once you have placed your order, it will be shipped via PostNL or via our own transport. You will receive a confirmation email and a Track & Trace code as soon as your package has been handed over to the delivery service. You can track the status of your order using the Track & Trace code, which can also be found in your account. Pallet deliveries via our own transport are always coordinated by telephone.

Pallet deliveries

If a product weighs 31.5 kg or more, or if it is exceptionally large, your order may be sent as a pallet shipment. This will be indicated in your shopping cart. Whenever possible, we split orders containing multiple products that are collectively too heavy or too large into several packages suitable for PostNL, at no extra cost. For pallet shipments, we use our own transport. Pallet deliveries to the Wadden Islands are usually offered one working day later.

*Saturday delivery is subject to PostNL and the chosen shipping method. In some areas, the carrier only delivers on working days.
