Tile suction cups

Professional tile suction cups are vacuum cups that let you safely and firmly lift, move and position tiles. They are indispensable when working with tiles too heavy to hold by hand, or when you need to place a tile precisely without risking damage.

How they work and load capacity

A tile suction cup creates negative pressure between the cup and the smooth tile surface. Pump out the air — manually or with a lever — and you have a firm grip that holds the tile in place. Load capacity varies from 20 kg for small models to over 100 kg for double cups. Always check the maximum rating and verify that the vacuum is stable via the gauge before lifting. Maintain your suction cups regularly: clean the suction faces with a damp cloth and inspect the rubber seal for cracks — a damaged seal reduces suction and poses a safety risk.

Single and double cup models

Single suction cups are convenient for lifting and positioning tiles up to about 60x60 cm. For larger tiles or heavier materials we recommend double cups with two suction faces and two handles. These distribute the weight more evenly and give greater control when placing the tile. Some models are adjustable in width so they fit different tile formats.

When working with natural stone, ensure the tile surface is dry and clean before applying the suction cup. Moisture or dust on the surface weakens the vacuum seal and reduces lifting safety.

Safe lifting, less breakage

Using suction cups reduces the risk of tile breakage and physical injury. A cracked tile costs not just material but also time — and with expensive natural stone or large-format porcelain the bill adds up fast. All suction cups in our range are tested to their stated maximum load and comply with current safety standards. Browse the selection and choose the model that suits your tile format and lifting needs. Compare the models on load capacity, ergonomics and price to find the tool that best accelerates your tiling workflow.
