Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt (cooling-off period). Within this period, you may view and assess the item. If an order does not meet your expectations, you can return it at your own expense.
If Tegeltechniekshop.nl has inadvertently made an incorrect or damaged delivery, we will collect it from you free of charge and the shipment will be credited.

Return Form
Have you received a product that does not meet your expectations? No worries! In your customer account, go to "Order history and details", select the relevant order, and check the products you wish to return. Write a short explanation and click the "Request a return" button to send your request. We will then ensure a smooth processing of your return.
Please note:
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be returned unused.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless it concerns an error on our part.
