Cutting radii or 90° corners in porcelain stoneware are quite complex operations that require skill and craftsmanship. Everything is made more difficult by the fact that the craftsman has no room for error.

The CordSET set makes it possible to perform radius cuts faster and more easily. Right on the first attempt.

The cut is made with a high-quality wire with a thickness of 0.5 mm. The cutting direction is determined by a hardened steel template, which is fixed with specially designed clips and wedges. The wire is quickly clamped in comfortable handles. The set includes a highly absorbent sponge for water cooling.

To prevent cracks at corners or radii during work, the workpiece is completely secured on all sides with special clips.

The basis of the set is a high-quality diamond wire manufactured using multilayer diamond coating technology. The service life of such a wire is up to 6 times longer than that of standard wires available on the market, and the cutting speed is up to 50% faster.

Cutting a 12 mm radius takes only 4 minutes. The service life of a 30 cm wire reaches 12 to 18 cm of cutting length, depending on the tile thickness and the quality of cooling.

Using the set significantly speeds up the production of popular elements in porcelain stoneware, such as:
